The brief
Give the field team a precise engineering handoff
A successful handoff specifies the installation drawings, equipment list, approved procedures and acceptance evidence required at the site. We review that package with the partner to identify missing prerequisites, local constraints and tasks retained by other suppliers. Responsibility for design decisions stays explicit, with a named engineering route for questions that arise during physical implementation.
During delivery, the team records equipment receipt, installation details and the checks included in scope. A substituted component, conflicting drawing or unexpected site condition becomes a documented question for the responsible partner. Agreed variations are incorporated into the completion record, helping the integrator or OEM reconcile what was designed, what was installed and what the customer receives.

Reconcile the installed result with the approved scope, submit the agreed evidence and review outstanding actions so the partner can lead its customer acceptance process.

Who approves a design change discovered on site?
The nominated partner or customer design authority approves changes within its responsibility. We record the condition, explain its impact on the fieldwork and request direction through the agreed route. Affected work follows the approved decision, which is retained in the completion record.
Can field delivery form part of a wider integration project?
Yes. The scope can define installation, cabling and validation activities within a larger partner-led programme. Interfaces with configuration, application integration and customer acceptance are agreed upfront. This gives each delivery team a clear work boundary and a defined point of handover.
