Saya’s terms and conditions are all focused on making it as convenient as possible for those who desire to have its offerings on rent. It’s all about maintaining and nurturing the best of relationships with you – our clients.
All rentals require a 50 percent security deposit to be paid at the time of renting.
Deposits will be credited towards your final charges when the rental process is complete. The rental process is deemed complete when all items are returned.
Costume rental charge may range from $20 to $50.
There can be cases, wherein costume is rented and for some unforeseen circumstances, the program for which the costume is rented, gets cancelled. Under such circumstances, Saya will charge 40 percent of rent.
Damage charges will be levied if there are permanent stains or any other damage that renders the costume not rentable. This charge will be deducted from the advance received.
Major damage to costumes, including irreparable tears, major seam damage, damage from pins, or those caused by irreversible alterations, will be assessed at the replacement value of the costume @ $10 and upwards
Lost costumes will attract a lost costume fee of the replacement value of the costume @ $30 and upwards
All costumes must be returned in original condition. No permanent alterations can be made (such as cutting a hem, replacing hooks with a zipper, dyeing, etc.)
We ship all across Australia.
Customer pays all shipping charges. Costumes will be shipped only if complete payment is received.
For the localities wherein the costumes have to be picked up from the Saya team, no delivery is being provided.
There will be a $10.00 late fee, per day, per costume if the costumes are not received by us within a week of the pick-up.

GENERAL TERMS
Costumes are available for rent for 1 (one) day. Check for the photographs on the website, to make a selection. All costumes seen on the site are the properties of Saya and are available for rent.
Though we prefer cash payment, you could make bank transfer payable to "Saya Costume Renting”
Costume rental fees allow one (1) week use of costumes and accessories starting from the day the costumes are picked up. Pickup and drop of should be done after you receive confirmation from Saya team. Costumes may NOT be cut, dyed, painted or permanently altered without written permission from Saya. Tape, iron-on bonding web, glue or any other type of adhesives may NOT be used on costumes.
All alterations must be sewn by hand only (long stiches).
